The god gives answer that river Ganga trickled forth forms Lord Shiva's locks. Its holy water revived the sixty thousand sons of king Sagara. The 'Aarti' worship of the Ganga in the evening. The devotees floats 'dia' (lamp) in the river. This is the first destination from where we start our journey. Morning, Our representative will meet you at your pick-up point (Hotel / Airport / Railway station). Drive to Barkot via Mussoorie, and visit Kempty Falls on the way. Later drive directly to Barkot, and transfer to your hotel. Take a rest and energize yourself for the next day's Yamunotri Dham trek. Overnight stay after dinner at Barkot.
After breakfast, drive to Jankichatti/Phoolchatti, from here start the trek to Yamunotri (6 km). You can do this trek either on foot, by horse, or by Doli at your own expense. After reaching Yamunotri, take a bath in the hot water of Surya Kund (Hot Spring). Enjoy the darshan of "Yamunaji". Return to Jankichatti. Later drive towards Barkot. Enjoy a delicious dinner and Night stay at Barkot.
After breakfast, rest for a while, then we will drive to Uttarkashi. We will visit Shivgufa on the way to Uttarkashi. Check-in at the Hotel, take some rest and visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple in the evening at Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.
Early morning after breakfast drive to Gangotri. On the way visit Gangnani Hot Spring, and take a holy dip in the kund. Later drive to Gangotri via the beautiful Harshil valley which is famous for its natural beauty and spectacular views of deodar trees and mountains. On reaching Gangotri, take a holy dip in the holy river Ganga, also known as Bhagirathi. Perform puja and darshan and rest for some time in a beautiful and serene environment. After that, we will drive back to Uttarkashi. Night stay in Uttarkashi.
Today on the day 5th morning after breakfast we will drive to Guptkashi. On the way, you can see the Mandakini river at Tilwara. Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive along the river to reach Guptkashi, and visit Ardha Narishwar temple in Guptkashi. On arrival at Guptkashi check-in into the hotel. Enjoy a fresh vegetarian dinner in the hotel, Night hault in Guptkashi.
Morning after breakfast we will go to Kedarnath. You will have two options to reach Kedarnath. One by trekking, horse, pitthu or palanquin and the other by helicopter. On reaching Kedarnath visit Kedarnath Temple, Shri Bhairavnath Temple, Adi Shankaracharya Ji Samadhi, and Bhimshila, then return to your hotel. Night stay in Kedarnath.
By Helicopter: In the morning our driver will pick you up and transfer you to the helipad (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi, etc.) as per your helicopter ticket time. Please inform the driver in advance of the helicopter booking time mentioned on your helicopter ticket. Different aviation has different places for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you with both hotel pick-up and hotel drop service. Advance booking for the helicopter is highly recommended. *(Helicopter ticket is not included in this package)
By Trek: In the morning our driver will drop you at Sonprayag then you have to take a local jeep to Gaurikund and then start your trek to Kedarnath ji. You can also take a horse, doli, pittu, or palanquin from Gaurikund at your own cost, after Kedarnath Ji Darshan, come back to your hotel, overnight stay at Kedarnath, Next day trek back to Sonprag. Parking is a big problem in Sonprayag, so keep your driver's phone number with you and call the driver on reaching Sonprayag.
This morning after darshan at Kedarnath temple, have breakfast and reach Sonprayag / Guptkashi / Phata by trek or helicopter. Drive to hotel, Check-in hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel in Guptkashi.
By Helicopter: When you leave for the helipad from Kedarnath, inform the driver about your expected return time and the name of the helipad as per the ticket. Our driver will pick you up from the helipad and drop you at your hotel.
By Trek: When you down-trek from Kedarnath to Sonprayag, inform the driver about the estimated return time. Once you reach Gaurikund from Kedarnath, you can take a local jeep to Sonprayag. Keep the driver's contact number with you in case of parking issues and call him when you reach Sonprayag so that he can pick you up and drop you at the hotel.
Today on the 8th day of our yatra we'll drive to Badrinath after breakfast. Check in to the hotel on arrival in Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & join Aarti in the evening. Enjoy Dinner and Overnight stay at Badrinath.
This morning after taking bath in Taptakund, we will visit Badrivishal. Brahmakapal has special significance for the Pinddaan Shraddh of the ancestors. After darshan take breakfast and visit other interesting places like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Matamurti, Charanapaduka, Bhimkund, and "Mukh" of the Saraswati River. Thereafter drive to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. On the way visit Visuprayag, Narasimha Temple at Joshimath, Karnaprayag and Nandprayag. Check at the hotel in Rudraprayag on arrival. Dinner and Night stay at Rudraprayag.
Today is the last day of our yatra, this morning after breakfast we will drive back to Haridwar via Srinagar Garhwal. On the way visit the confluence of the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers which is called Devprayag. Drop at Hotel / Airport/ Railway station / Bus stand Haridwar. Char Dham Yatra Ends Here!!!
